From the kitchenette to free WiFi and parking, the apartment in our townhouse offers everything you could wish for during your stay. To the west, each apartment has its own loggia – perfect for relaxing in the evening sun after work. On hot summer days, the air conditioning cools the interior.

Work-life balance in one place. In front of the gates of the Audi Forum in the center of Neckarsulm, our apartment house offers the perfect location for your stay. The S-Bahn station Neckarsulm Mitte is a minute's walk away, directly opposite. From there, our business guests can quickly and easily reach the surrounding companies, such as Lidl, Audi, Rheinmetall, etc. Private parking is also available. In the immediate vicinity you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets and many cultural and leisure activities - also perfect for our holiday guests.

Service at hotel standard in our full-serviced apartments you live like in a hotel in Neckarsulm. We take care of the cleaning of the apartments and the weekly change of towels and bed linen. ARCHITECTURE

New building with modern architecture and industrial loft character. Since August 2023 our apartment house has opened the doors. The building with the name "Stadthaus Heiner" is named after the grandfather of the architect Jascha Vogt, who is continuing the tradition of architecture in the third generation. The apartments impress with their optimally aligned floor plans and their individual charm. Come and make yourself at home!
